End User Documents Access Overview
Once users enter their proper Zoho credentials in the login page, they will be directed to their document account home page, which will list their documents and meeting details in separate tabs.
There are two document views available:
- My Documents
- Shared Documents

My Documents
This view list the documents created by the logged in user. This is the default view. User can do the following actions for the created documents :
- Create New - To create a new document/presentation/spreadsheets
- Preview - To view the created document/presentation/spreadsheets
- Edit - To modify the document/presentation/spreadsheets
- Export - Exporting existing document/presentation/spreadsheets to doc/pdf/html etc.
- Share - Share the document/presentation/spreadsheets created by you to any zoho user

Shared Documents
Shared documents section will list the document/presentation/spreadsheets that are shared to you by any Zoho user. Users will be able to perform read-only or read-write actions on the shared documents based on the share privileges provided to them (Zoho Services have read-only or read-write sharing options).

My Tags
My Tags list the tags created by you.Tagging is a form of grouping of documents or putting all the documents under single or multiple tags. You can tag a particular document after creating it.

Search Files
Search Files option lets you search document/presentation/spreadsheets present in your account. Search results will be listed in the corresponding tabs (document/presentation/spreadsheets).
Upload
Documents can be uploaded from your desktop by using this option.You can browse your documents, upload them to Zoho and start to use the respective online services and then store the document back into your Zoho account.

Delete
Delete option allows you to delete multiple or single document at a time. For deleting multiple documents, you need to select the check box available in corresponding file's row and perform delete action.
